Pattern Gluing or Strip Gumming as it is also known, is the placement of remoistenable glue strips in a predetermined position onto paper stock.

The most common use of Pattern Gluing is on direct mail pieces such as reader response surveys and feedback forms as well as aerograms and envelopes.  

Tips: For best adhesion, the areas to be glued should not be printed or sealed.
